·          Product: Database for Audio Visual Services for orders and customer information.

·          Design/Development: Designed and Developed the Database which had input of customer information, order information, availability of the order, staff information, building information.

·          Tested and upgraded the product, to be in compliance to the workers.

·          Designed the network and installed Windows NT 4.0 server. This network had a Primary domain Controller, multiple workstations including Windows 98, Windows NT workstations. Granted access to the users on the network. Installed and Configured IIS 4.0.

·          Environment: Microsoft Access2000, SQL, VBScript, Windows NT, windows98.

Developed and maintained the WebSite for ISU Languages, Literature and Linguistics Department. Duties include maintaining information about the department and maintaining their Web Pages. Lab Assistant, ISU, Terre Haute                                                                       Jan’00-Feb’00

Duties include trouble shooting, problem solving and maintenance of a computer lab. Also includes good communication skills, customer service attitude.                    

PROJECTS    
                                Advanced Web Application
·          Developed a server side image map of USA to display nearest zip code. When the user clicks on the USA map it displays the X, Y co-ordinates and calculates latitude and longitude and retrieves the zip code from the data file.  Environment: Perl, CGI, HTML.

·     Developed a “Site Map of ISU” to display the pictures of the building, parking lots of ISU campus and also calculates the distance between two points on the image i.e. distance between two buildings, also user has the option to view the picture of the building by selecting the building name from the list. Environment: JavaScript, Perl, CGI, DHTML.

E-commerce

·      Developed an E-commerce site for Auto sales, checking user names and

passwords. Registering new users, shopping carts. Maintaining the

specifications of the different cars both new and used ones. Environment: IIS Server, ASP, HTML, DHTML, and SQL for accessing

Database.

·       NT Administration and Networking: Installed and Configured Windows NT4.0 Server, Oracle 8i.

 

Java Programming

Developed different java applets, animated applets, changing color applets,

displaying time, manipulating Images. Environment:  J-builder.

 

Software Engineering

Developed an application using VC++ to store personal information with a

GUI to enter and retrieve data. The information is stored in a data file and can

be edited and deleted as wished.

 

Data Structures

Hashing Techniques

                                Developed a program in C++ to find the optimum result among three different hashing

techniques(Linear Hashing, Quadratic Hashing and Double Hashing).

 

Database

Developed databases in Microsoft Access’2001, SQL Server, that had input of student information, book information, availability of the order etc.

                                Currently working on System Programming.
