Rose's Easy set-up Instructions for Grow-Text


#1) Copy and Paste the code below onto the page you want the Grow-Text on.
    You can copy it ANYWHERE on the page. You can change the foreground and
    background colors. When the mouse is clicked on it, it will freeze
    Note: You are limited in what you can put into the "Text value" line.
    Depending on how long the "width" tag is. The wider the tag is, the more 
    text you can put into the applet.
    Also please note that the ">" at the end of the "</applet" tag has
    been left off purposely. Do not close the tag by adding the ">" at
    the end of it if you use the Table Border.

#2) Put the class file in your classes directory
    (or wherever you wish if you change the codebase).

                             * Options *

  Takes text, delay, fontName, fontBold, fontItalic, bgColor, fgColor, and
                   blur as parameters. The defaults are:

      text        -   String displayed in applet      -  Growing Text
      delay       -   Milliseconds between updates    -  500
      fontName    -   Font style                      -  TimesRoman
      fontBold    -   Font boldness                   -  true
      fontItalic  -   Font italics                    -  false
      bgColor     -   Background color (hex. number)  -  light Gray
      fgColor     -   Foreground color (hex. number)  -  black
      blur        -   Blurring effect                 -  false

  'random' can be used as the background or foreground color to generate a
random color on each update. Pressing a mouse button anywhere in the applet
 will suspend/resume it. Pressing the UP arrow or 'u' keys anywhere in the
   applet will increase the delay, while the DOWN arrow or 'd' keys will
                            decrease the delay.
