The practice of diversity is still young at Indiana State University.We have made a great strides in infiltrating monoculture systems

and infusing new morale, pedagogy and benchmarks. In ISU's strategic plan, designed for a resounding reaccredidation process,

diversity is central to its' success.


Thus far the PCOED has taken many twists and turns along the road towards total inclusive community. As with most challenges,

change is inevitable and in time merits both major and minor revisions. Currently, the PCOED is being restructured for purposes

of strengthening its formal authority to act and symbolizing upper-administrative buy-in. To provide some insight about where the

PCOED has been and where it might go, past information is present here.
