The Long Range Laser Homing Device, or L.R.L.H.D. for short, is mainly used in the higher atmosphere for spy ships. It is capable of shooting up to thirty miles and can hit within one foot of its target. The U.S.S.E. created it for use on the spy ships that patrol the planet.
