IMAGE PROCESSING - REMOTE SENSING - GIS
My work is centered primarily around feature identification
in remotely sensed data using
multi-resolutioning. I also work on the integration of the results
with other ancillary data using GIS.
UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH
I have worked for three years as an undergraduate student in India
on the identification of paleo-
channels in the Gangetic Plains and the great Indian Desert using
pyramidal processing.

GRADUATE RESEARCH
I am currently working on the extraction of vehicle information from
high resolution (1 m) simulated
satellite imagery around Columbus, Ohio for my masters thesis.
More on this is coming up.
INTERNET DEVELOPMENT
I am also developing a web site for the Academic Learning Lab. This is a technology based lab.
I use JavaScript to implement the online testing services. Some of
these are available publicly on the World Wide
Web, while the rest are restricted to the LAN.
I am also involved in the development of a multimedia CD on the lab.
