My Friends' Page

This is where I have devoted a bit of my time and net space to my friends, which is of course the least I could do for this great bunch of guys (and gals) who have collectively and individually pulled me out of some pretty hairy messes, and been lots of fun along the way. I owe all of you a lot, and here is my way of trying to say "thank you". Highlighted names may be e-mailed! Also, this page is NOT done yet, so don't feel slighted if you've got nothing under your name or anything here, I'm (maybe, unless you're a weasel) working on it! Of course, I also plan to someday sort these somehow, too, but...
Ryan Wesley, my brother

Ryan is 26 years old, and boy does that make me feel old. I remember when we got him from the hospital! Oh well...he now enjoys football, riding (and working on) offroad vehicles, and taking care of his son, Adam. (below)

He finished up his collegiate career at Vincennes University, where he trained to work on John Deere stuff. He's always loved farming, ever since he's spent lots of summers at my grandparent's farm. He loved it, I hated it.

Ryan now works for MacAllister's, which is the local Caterpillar dealer. I'm not exactly sure what he does there, I suppose I should ask him sometime! :)

Also, all you fine ladies, he's single. Use that email link above to ask him out!

Adam Douglas Wesley

My little Nephew!! Born 10-1-97, at 7lb., 10 oz., this strapping young lad has grown pretty fast. He'll probably be breaking tackles in a few years just like his old man. :^P God, now I really feel old!

Sorry, no email address yet...uncle Tad will have to set one up for him!

Some little facts about him: He loves Harry Potter and Disneyworld, and he's about the happiest, least fussy, and most agreeable baby I've ever seen! Of course, he's not really a baby anymore, he's 6.

Also, I finally got some new pictures for him...I just have to get them on here. He was a LOT bigger than the old picture let on, as you'll see. And now he's grown even more!

That's the crappy thing, I only have to get pictures of most of these guys once, and they're current (more or less) forever. This little guy is gonna throw that whole thing off!! So, to keep it manageable, I've made a seperate page for his pictures here. :)

Suzanne Wesley
Suzanne is my new WIFE! (She was listed on here as "fiancee" way too long, we've actually been married since 5/01. She's been a friend of mine to varying degrees for a long time, and I've known her (a little) since kindergarten.

She's the same age as me, (actually 2 weeks older), and she's not a slacker...nice counter-balance that way! She's got a job at DADC, which is a subsidiary of Sony (the part that makes CD's and DVD's), in the marketing and graphics departments, which oddly enough is what she went to school for (Graphic Arts and English Degrees from Indiana State). She's a very talented artist...I'm eventually going to get some of her art on this page. It's nice to have goals.

Anyway, she's extremely cute (you don't even have to take my word for it anymore!), and very sweet. She cooks for me sometimes too...her pies are the best! It's funny how you can sorta know someone your whole life, but not ever really KNOW them...and I feel really fortunate now that I really KNOW Suzanne. She's the best...everything I could ever ask for in a girlfriend/fiancee/wife :)

Rommel

My dog! He's a miniature schnauzer, and when this pic was taken he was very young. He's about 4 yrs old now, and due of course to the unfortunate influences he's been under, he's quite crazy by now. :) He can always keep things interesting though, especially now that we have a cat too!

Santhana Naidu

Santhana is a really nice guy who occasionally works too hard for his own good. We sometimes have to drag him out of his office to force him to have a good time!! What a weasel!! Well, as he would say, "It's all breaking down!" Check out his page here.

Oh, and about that picture, another friend of mine, Nathan, made that when we were all working together at the school computer lab. It's just too funny not to share with the rest of the world, don't ya think?!

Steve Helt

Steve's a real good friend I've known for about 10 years now. He's a big sports fan, and since he's originally from Oklahoma, he has some unusual taste in his favorite teams. Not too many Sooners or Spurs fans around here.

He also plays a lot of the same games as me, like D&D and Warhammer, so we always have plenty to talk about. Now, he's moving BACK to Oklahoma, and is getting married this year to (what I'm told is) a really nice girl named Tabby. I'll have to take his word for it for now, though, because I've never actually met her.

Adrian Taylor

I've known Adrian just as long as Steve, in fact the 3 of us were roommates way back when. Adrian recently got married to a really great lady from our church, named Angela. Basically if you need to know ANYTHING about a game, ask Adrian, he probably knows the answer. :)

Jay Benton

Jay was one of my many roommates back in college, and he now lives in Avon (Indy) with his wife, Autumn. Jay is a computer weasel with Golden Rule. We've got some really good party stories and plenty of inside jokes, and he's a lot of fun to hang out with when we can.

Steve "Speedy" Goodwin
Steve's a pretty cool guy that I used to work with at the computer lab. He's pretty weird, and has a pretty cool homepage, which is here. Check it out! Also noteworthy of Steve is the fact that he has more email addresses than any other person I know, with over 10! I just picked one here, write him and ask about the others if you really need to know.

Now, Steve has left our wonderful campus, and town, to go to his 'grown up' job in Indy, as a system administrator. Way to go Steavis!

Neil Thompson

Neil and I have more in common than I have with most of my friends at the lab. We like many of the same kinds of music, we both roleplay some, we both play computer games, and so on...we also both have cool webpages...check his out! Oh, and he is FINALLY married to his fiancee Lisa, they've only been engaged FOREVER! Just ask Brent, his best man. He gave a great speech about the amount of time they were engaged.

Nathan Pence

Nathan is the guy who made that "Naidu's Sexual Chocolate Bar" pic up there, so that should tell you a few things about him. One, he knows computers, two, we have some friends in common (esp Santhana), and three, that he's REALLY funny. :)

He's also got a new wife, Amy, and works at the Federal Penitentiary teaching a computer class to inmates. Fun fun fun! He is one of the regulars to my weekly football party every Sunday during football season, too. I let him watch here even though he's a Browns fan. :)

Doug Dagger

Doug is a good pal of mine who I see more during football season. He works about 5 jobs at a time it seems like, and it's all he can do to make sure he's off every Sunday between September and February so he can make it to the games. I let him watch even though he's a Packers fan, in part probably because we often end up playing Axis and Allies on days when the games are blowouts. It's always good to have a backup plan eh? :)

He also enjoys a lot of the same things I do, football, warhammer, computer games, and Axis and Allies. He's also a lot of fun to be around. How could we NOT be good friends? :)

Sam Hartwich

Sam is a very rare girl: she REALLY likes football (she's a packers fan too), she plays roleplaying and warhammer games (usually guy stuff), but she's still very feminine too. She is a Social Worker for the Catherine Hamilton center here in Terre Haute (I'd call it the looney bin but she might read this!) Don't ask me how she does it! The world needs more women like her!

Henrik Persson

Henrik is a friend of mine who now lives in Indy but is originally from Sweden. We have known each other for several years on the internet, and then when he moved here to go to school (IUPUI), we met each other in person...(obvious last name joke omitted)....

Anyway, he's a lot like me in a lot of ways, we like a lot of the same games and we play them when we get the chance. He's also married to a graphic artist named Tiffany. It seems we both dig graphics chicks too! Hehehe!
