BIOGRAPHY
Lieutenant Colonel Randall N. Paschall is Professor of Aerospace Studies,
Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC), Detachment 218, Indiana
State University, Terre Haute, Indiana. He is responsible for training,
recruiting and motivating of Air Force officer candidates at Indiana State
University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Colonel Paschall received his Bachelor of Science degree in in Electrical
Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, in 1980 from Christain Brothers College,
Memphis, Tenneessee, and was a distinguished graduate of the AFROTC program
at Memphis State University. He received the Master of Science Degree in
Electrical Engineering in 1981and a Ph.D in Engineering in 1988, both from
the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
During his career, he has held a variety of engineering positions including
developmental engineer, assistant professor of electrical engineering,
research program manager, AF Research Lab directorate technical director,
command science and technology inspector, airborne instrumentation division
chief, and deputy director of the 46th Test Wing's Technical Directorate. He
has published over a dozen research papers and technical publications in the
area of guidance and control. He is married to the former Cathy Jane Melton
of Memphis, Tennessee. They have been blessed with two children, Rachel and
Matthew.
