To see if fast food French fries will mold I purchased fries from 7 different restaurants and put 50g in a sealed container. As a control group my mom made homemade fries and I put them in a container like the other 7 fry containers.
My parents purchased 8 Ziplock Twist lock containers.
I weighed out 50 grams of fries and put them in a labeled container.
Placed the containers in my parents dinning room near a north facing window.
Every few days I will take photo of the fries.
Fries were purchased from:
Mc Donalds, Burger King, Hardees, Rally’s, Wendy’s, Arby’s and Penn Station
