		January 1997 - August 1998
			-Mail Administrator: Provided primary support and administration for the
			 University's Student E-Mail Server. Utilize internet and PC based E-Mail
			 capabilities using Lotus Notes 4.6 Messaging Service and the Domino Web
			 Server with ThiNet Client and the Lotus Notes Client.
			-Network Administrator: Was responsible for the administration of Novell 
			 3.12 and NT 4.0 computer servers. Install network software, add, delete, and 
			 maintain user accounts.
			-Training/Assessment: Provided workshops on DOS, Windows3.1/95, 
			 Microsoft Office, the Internet (E-Mail and the World Wide Web), and other
			 desktop applications which support the computer needs of University faculty,
			 staff, and students. Providing assistance to the University's computerized 
			 assessment testing program.

			 for operation of software packages and general Help Desk type questions.

			 packages for vendors in order to evaluate these packages for use at the LRC.
			-Lab Coordinator: Was responsible for the maintenance and efficiency of multiple student
