Blue-Gold Football Game Set for April 24, 1999

Tickets go on sale Monday, March 1, for the 70th annual Blue-Gold Football Game to be played at 1:30 p.m. EST on Saturday, April 24, in Notre Dame Stadium.

The game serves as the culmination of Notre Dame's spring football practice period (15 practices are permitted) that begins Saturday, March 27.

Advance tickets for the game are $6 for adults and $4 for youths 16 and under. Tickets the day of the game are $8 for adults and $6 for youths. All Notre Dame and Saint Mary's students are admitted free with identification.

Group orders for 25 tickets or more feature a $4 price per ticket.

All tickets are good for general admission seating. Stadium gates open at noon.

Tickets are available at the second-floor Joyce Center ticket window (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) or by calling 219-631-7356 (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).

All proceeds from the game benefit the scholarship fund of the Notre Dame Club of St. Joseph Valley.

A player autograph session will be held following the game.
