Doug Hill is a Senior Decathlete from John Glen High School.  He has made vast improvements in the pole vault since his first attempts his freshman year when he cleared 10' 4".  As of late, Doug has improved to a 14 foot jumper.  He will most likely be one of the competitors in the vault for ISU at the Missouri Valley Confernce Indoor Championships.
