            Currently awaiting Court's permission for leave to file
            as In Forma Pauperis status, and awaiting proof of 
            receipt of complaint by the Defendant.  

10-9-97     Defendant acknowledges receipt of complaint via certified mail 
	    receipt.

10-10-97    Court denies plaintiff's motion for leave to file in forma 
 	    pauperis.  Plaintiff has until 10/24/97 to pay the docketing
            fee, or the case will be dismissed.

10-24-97    Docketing fee paid.  Simultaneously filed a motion to amend
            complaint, and Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint (to be
            webposted soon).  Case is now considered legally filed.

10-28-97    Mailed via priority, certified mail, restricted delivery, 
	    copy of first amended complaint, and request for waiver of
            service, to make life easier on all concerned, P is giving D 
            63 days from this date to file Answer, or a Rule 12 motion.
	    D has 33 days from today to return waiver of service form, 
	    failure to do so shall make D liable for costs of service
	    of summons.

11-3-97     Plaintiff receives certified mail receipt of first amended 
	    complaint.

11-25-97    P files Application and Proposed Order for Third Party Discovery
	    directed to Mail Boxes Etc, of Scottsdale, AZ.  Such 
	    application includes a request for expedited discovery,
	    providing MBE with only five calendar days to comply with said
	    order.

03-25-98    After serving and receiving documents from MBE concerning the
            rental of the MBE Mailbox by the D, the case is dismissed
	    without prejudice for the inability to obtain a valid address
 	    for the purpose of service of process under FRCivP 4.
