This is a picture of my best friend Alexander. He lives in Tambov, Russia, and getting ready to graduate this year. His major is museum management and history, but he wants to be a police officer.
On the picture you can see him checking out somebody elses uniform. I've met him when I was studying in the university in Russia, and since then we became buddies.
