Throughout the Bible, in many places, including the Old and New Testaments God reveals His nature to Humanity and His desire for the kind of relationship He wants to have with people and the kind of relationship that He wants people to have with one another.
In many passages of Scripture in both Testaments God reveals Himself using human terminology which, although limited, expresses God's essential nature in terms of RELATIONSHIP.
