1. Go to File in the toolbar and select the Save As option. The window 
    that will appear is as shown below.
 
                                    File > Save As

2.  Type a name for your animation or movie in place of Movie1.fla 
      infront of File Name option. 

3. Select "Flash Movie(*.fla)" infront of Save as type option.

4. Select the place you want to save your animation infront of Save in 
    option

5. Click on Save button and it will save your animation as a Flash 
    Movie. You can open and edit this file whenever you want.
