1. Go to File option in the menulbar and select Publish Setting option.

                                  File  >  Publish Setting
  
    The window that will appear is as shown below.

2. Select the options as you want to publish the movie. You can select
    nine options. 
    For embeding the movie into a Webpage you just need to publish the 
    movie as  Flash (.swf) and HTML (.html). 

3. After selecting the options click Publish. It will publish the movie and 
    place the files at the same place where you have saved your file with  
    .fla extention.
